These are Levi's 517s, the classic model following the 501 and 505, with the USA-made orange tab.
I purchased them at a vintage clothing store.
- Brand: Levi's
- Size: W32 L30
- Color: Blue (great fading)
The tag is faded, so I can't determine the exact year, but I estimate it's from the 80s due to the orange tab.
The size is perfect for someone 170cm tall, and the 517's moderate flare makes your style look great.
Above all, the fading is incredibly cool.
(Some people may not like the center pleats, but I personally like them because I feel the wearer's intention at the time)
I haven't worn them much since I bought them, so there's hardly any damage, just a little fraying on the zipper area (see photo 6).
The unique smell of the vintage clothing store remains, but I think it will come out with washing.
