Beautiful Vintage 50s Kentucky Derby Garden Platter Hat
Elegant black "Kentucky Derby" style straw/raffia hat featuring vibrant red, pink, and white silk/satin floral accents. On one side the brim is "tipped up" for added style and is formed that way originally. Often called a "Derby Hat", "Summer Sun Hat", or "Platter Hat". This beautiful hat is in remarkable wearable condition with very little to no significant wear and all original components intact. It is Union made in the USA - label inside the hat. It's been stored in its original box and was purchased at L.L. Stearns & Sons in Williamsport , PA. Perfect for weddings, church events or any special occasion. It's really a beautiful hat!
