These are the Pleated Wide Joggers from Estudio Nisen. I bought them a while ago, but haven't had many chances to wear them, so I'm putting them up for sale. Please refer to the brand's website for more details. The inseam is a bit long, but they look good rolled up and are comfortable to wear. They should fit someone around 180cm tall well.
The waist is adjustable with a rubber band and a drawstring inside. I usually wear XL pants from Uniqlo and these have even more room, so I'd say they fit like XL-XXL.
