For sale: Montblanc Meisterstück 149 fountain pen.

The body is glossy, with slight storage scratches, but in very good condition. Please note the blue tint in the ink window due to aging, and ink staining on the nib, which are part of the vintage character.

This is a rare "W-GERMANY (West Germany)" engraved model from the late 1980s. It features the highly-regarded "split ebonite feed (vertical groove ebonite)" among collectors.

The nib is 14k gold, two-tone (white in the middle),

I tested it with ink. The line width is equivalent to "M (Medium)".

You can enjoy the smooth writing feel with the characteristic firmness of this era.

The piston action is also smooth.
