This is a Kenko mirror lens, 500mm F6.3 DX.
At F6.3, it's a relatively bright mirror lens for the 500mm class,
making it, in my opinion, a relatively easy-to-handle telephoto lens.
It uses a T-mount, so it can be used with many cameras by changing the adapter.
This item was used with a K-mount adapter.

Overall, it has little sign of use and is in a clean condition.

There is some minor dust inside, but
I could not see any mold or clouding with the naked eye.
