Monstera standleyana albo, also known as Monstera standleyana 'Albo Variegata' or philodendron cobra, is a tropical houseplant/can be grown inside or outside and grown on a tree/poll, native to Central and South America. It's a climbing vine with oval-shaped leaves that are deep green with creamy white, cream, or pale yellow variegation. The leaves can have speckles, splashes, or broad bands of white, but not all plants will have large splashes.
