Inside measurement end-end is 5 3/4" with about a 1" gap and could be adjusted slightly larger or smaller with careful heat application (good size for a 6.5-7" wrist).
Weight is 16 g on my shipping scale
Comfortable, easy to wear bangle that would be great alone or even better for stacking with other pieces
