Season three,  episode three of The  Handmaid's Tale:   Serena is estranged from Fred and staying with her mother. Her mother wants show off Serena her to friends. They're coming by, but Serena does it not have a teal dress befitting her position. No worries. Her mother tells her a friend, Mrs. Manning,  has given up a dress that no longer fits. In the next scene, Serena's wearing it as it's altered by her Martha. This is that very dress.
