In act of Congress in the clerk's office in the district court of the United States for the Southern District of New York. F.F. Palmer, Delaware. Framed under glass. Measures 19 x 15.5. In good vintage condition. Some wear on the frame. Frame is old with small nails. Coordinates well with my other train picture "Lightning Express Trains Leaving the Junction" if it is still available.
