This diaper pail has been in the back of a closet in my mother-in-law‘s house for many decades. Originally received as a gift for a child born in the 1960s, she had two diaper pails and this one just didn’t get used. Still has the Dia-Poly plastic bag/liner. Manufactured by Joseph Jacobs and Son, Rockville Centre. Flip top lid. No rust.  I gave it a quick wipe, but it may come up brighter with a scrub.
